WebTimer Publisher Description

WebTimer can be used to continually download a single URL from the internet, most useful in situations where you want to monitor Web-Cams. In fact, it was written expressly with this in mind (apparently there aren't any Mac apps that do this!), but there might be other reasons you would want to use this software.
